Intervals

Tough but short session today ; I think I felt yesterday's tempo in the legs so will need to take it easy for the rest of the week if I want to do well at Joondalup. The session was 4 sets of 3 x ( 300 with 100 jog recovery ). The track was crowded so I was doing most of these in lane 3 at least. At times I was surprised at the splits I was getting (e.g. gee, I though it was faster than that!) but then if I think of the extra I was doing by going around the ravening hoardes I was doing OK. Only 3.6 km of effort but with the jog recoveries I spent nearly 13 minutes in the red zone (HR178 and above).
